As the issue occurred months after purchasing the item I was really taken aback by their willingness and understanding of the situation - a true rarity. Rotshidzwa and Ottilia called me regularly to keep me updated whilst waiting for the factory feedback - even if there was no news. I was never kept in the dark of what was happening.
Their service and friendliness certainly stands out and I have already recommended to my colleagues and friends to stop by the store.
End result - an exchange of item was done - totally painless.
